We foster an unbeatable commitment from senior management to our workers in the field, and ensure everyone goes home safely at the end of the day.

We deliver

Nexar Projects has adopted a comprehensive QHSE Management System. This involves:

    • QHSE management system built to comply with International Standards.

    • COR certified in BC, AB, SK, MB.

    • Comprehensive subcontractor management program.

    • Providing orientation and training of all employees in safety and health procedures.

    • Conducting inspections and audits to find and eliminate unsafe working conditions and practices.

    • Hazard assessment, identification and mitigation that is used company wide.

    • Providing equipment and mechanical safeguards, to reduce hazards.

    • Thorough and prompt incident investigation.

    • Maintaining emergency response systems and procedures.

    • A comprehensive Alcohol and Drug policy.

    • Continuous Improvement of the management system through audits, inspections and worker, client feedback.

 
 
 

We Perform

Nexar’s Quality Management System holds Certificates of Authorization to perform work under the rules of multiple Provincial regulator bodies in Canada including British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, and Ontario.

 In order to maintain these qualifications, the activities performed within our program are consistently audited, both internally though our Auditing process and externally by Authorized Inspectors.

Nexar maintains the following Quality System Manuals specific to each construction phase:

  • Construct/Repair/Alter:

    • ASME B31.1 Boiler External Piping

    • ASME B31.1 Power Piping

    • ASME B31.3 Process Piping

    • ASME B31.9 Building Services Piping

    • CSA Z662 Steam Pipelines

    Repair/Alter

    • ASME Sec. VIII-1 Pressure Vessels

    • ASME Sec. I Power Boilers

    • Pipeline Construction and Installation (CSA Z662)

    • Structural Steel Construction and Installation (CSA W47.1/W59)

    • Civil – Concrete and Earthworks (CSA A23.1/2)

Through the continual development and implementation of our QMS, use of an effective audit program, as well as conduction of in-process inspections we strive to maintain our standard of excellence.
